Rate Information:
Please note: Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
$250.00/night + tax
The house will accommodate up to six (6) people.

Additional Information
* Please check the calendar for availability. Please call if you have any questions.

* All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

* I accept cash, traveler's check, and personal checks as payment. All reservations must be held with a 50% deposit. Balance is due upon arrival.

* You may cancel and receive a refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee) if cancelled more than 2 weeks ahead.

* If less than 2 weeks notice is given to cancel your reseravtion, you will be refunded for any days that we are able to rebook your reservation (minus a $25 cancellation fee).

* No shows will be charged in full for the entire stay.

* Check-in is available between 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Please call if different arrangements need to be made.

* Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

I offer a smoke-free accommodations.
I do not allow pets in the house or on the grounds.

Directions:
‣ Traveling south on the Seward Highway from Anchorage, the highway
becomes 3rd Avenue as you enter Seward.

‣ In about 10 blocks, you'll see the Seward Senior Center on the left
on the corner of 3rd & Jefferson Street. Continue straight.

  ‣ The house is about half way down this block on the right hand side
     just past Resurect Art Coffeehouse on the left. (If you get
     to Adams Street, you've gone too far.)

‣ Alaska Lighthouse Cottage is on the right - 311 3rd Ave - between
Jefferson and Adams streets.
