Alaska Lighthouse Cottage is new for 2008!
I offer smoke-free accommodations and I do not allow pets on site.

Rate Information:
Please note: Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
$250.00/night + tax
The house will accommodate up to six (6) people.

Additional Information
* All reservations are made by phone. Please check the
calendar
for availability.
* I accept cash, traveler's check, and personal checks (made out to owner, Joanne Frey) as payment for services. All reservations must be held with a 50% deposit. Balance is due upon arrival.
* 2 weeks notice is required to receive a full refund. No shows will be charged one night's stay. If cancelled within 2 weeks, you will be refunded for any days that we are able to rebook your reservation minus a $25 cancellation fee.
* Check-in is available between 4:00 - 7:00 PM. Please call if different arrangements need to be made.
* Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Directions:
‣ Traveling south on the Seward Highway from Anchorage, the highway
becomes 3rd Avenue as you enter Seward.
‣ In about 10 blocks, you'll see the Seward Senior Center on the left
on the corner of 3rd & Jefferson Street. Continue straight.
‣ The house is about half way down this block on the right hand side
just past Resurect Art Coffeehouse on the left. (If you get
to Adams Street, you've gone too far.)
‣ Alaska Lighthouse Cottage is on the right - 311 3rd Ave - between
Jefferson and Adams streets.
